Peach Habanero Shrub
Higher Vibration Tonics shrubs are always cold processed, meaning you get that true fruit flavor and color you expect, while keeping all the health benefits of the fruit, vinegar and herbs that are used.
Made with a base of ripe yellow peaches that are macerated for three days and then combined with fresh habanero peppers and organic apple cider vinegar for three more, this is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. You get that juicy peach flavor upfront with a spicy kick on the finish. Delicious with all spirits, we especially love to enjoy it with tequila, vodka or rum. Add it to some pink grapefruit soda or ginger beer for a flavor filled n/a beverage, or to sparkling water for a refreshing shrub soda!
Shrubs also make delicious salad dressings and marinades (try it on chicken!).
For cocktails:
~ Add ½ oz shrub
~ Each bottle makes up to 16 cocktails
