Sandia Mule
1oz HVT Watermelon + Lime Zest Shrub
½ oz honey or agave nectar
Ginger Beer
Combine ingredients in a glass with ice and stir.
Garnish with your choice of citrus
Summer Sips
2 oz tequila of choice
1 oz HVT Watermelon + Lime Zest Shrub
½ oz honey or agave nectar
Sparkling water
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake + strain over fresh ice.
Garnish-watermelon slice/cube and lime wheel
Dragon’s Breath
2 oz HVT Cancer Tea
1 oz HVT Watermelon Lime Zest Shrub
Topo Chico (or other plain sparkling water)
Combine first two ingredients over ice and stir. Top with Top Chico.
Garnish with watermelon triangle and or dehydrated lime wheel
Sandia Spritz
3 oz sparkling water
1 oz HVT Watermelon Lime Zest Shrub
Add both ingredients to ice and stir.
