Magic Tricks

2 oz. Butterfly Pea Flower Tea (chilled)

1 oz. HVT Lemon + Lime Shrub

1 oz. FeverTree Elderflower tonic

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add butterfly pea flower tea and shrub.  Stir.  Top with elderflower tonic.  Garnish with edible micro flowers or lemon/lime wheel.

*To make with alcohol, add 1.5 oz vodka, reduce tea to 1 oz and shrub to 1/2 oz.

Trolley Barn Sidecar

1.5 oz gin of choice

3/4 oz HVT Blackberry Sage Shrub

1/2 oz HVT Lemon + Lime Shrub


In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients to ice.  Shake vigorously.  Strain into chilled coupe glass.  Serve up with lemon twist and blackberries.
