2 oz coconut sparkling water
1 oz HVT Guava Vanilla Shrub
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
Coronado Shipwreck
2 oz pineapple-infused white rum
1 oz HVT Guava Vanilla Shrub
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz orgeat
3/4 oz lime juice
Splash of coconut sparkling water
Combine first five ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass, and add extra ice if needed. Top with coconut sparkling water and garnish with citrus slices.
