2 oz HVT Aphrodisiac Tea
1 oz HVT Blackberry Sage Shrub
1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup
Favor Tree Elderflower Tonic
Combine first three ingredients over ice and stir. Top with Elderflower Tonic
Garnish with rosemary sprig and fresh blackberries
Desert Nights
2 oz organic grapefruit juice
1 oz HVT Blackberry + Sage Shrub
1/2 oz honey simple syrup
1 oz sparkling water
Combine first three ingredients over ice and stir. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with blackberries and grapefruit peel and/or fresh sage.
*To make with alcohol, add 1.5 oz of gin or tequila and reduce grapefruit juice to 1 oz and shrub to 1/2 oz.
Berry Bliss Elixir
2 oz raspberry leaf and rose hip tea
1 oz HVT Blackberry + Sage Shrub
1 oz Fever Tree Lime Yuzu tonic
Combine all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
Trolley Barn Sidecar
1.5 oz gin of choice
3/4 oz HVT Blackberry + Sage Shrub
1/2 oz HVT Lemon + Lime Shrub
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients to ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Serve up with lemon twist and blackberries.
