Peach Habanero Shrub Drink Recipes

2 oz bourbon of choice
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz cardamom simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe.

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel or peach wedge.

2 oz FeverTree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
1 oz HVT Peach Habanero Shrub
1/2 oz lime juice
4 drops Tamarin Lime Chili bitters
Combine in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lime peel dusted with Tajin.
Sweet Summer Nights
1 oz lemonade
1 oz bourbon
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice and stir. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
